One of the best ways to experience the pristine, natural surroundings of Maple Ridge & Pitt Meadows is via the water. And for good reason! Our communities are embraced by the Pitt, Fraser, and Alouette Rivers and feature three spectacular lakes. Pitt Lake, home of Grant Narrows Regional Park, is the largest freshwater tidal lake in North America and provides excellent motorized and non-motorized boating opportunities. Alouette Lake, located in Golden Ears Provincial Park (also offers fabulous boating for both motorized and non-motorized vessels. Whonnock Lake, a local favourite, provides serene and breathtaking surroundings for non-motorized vessels only. We invite you to get out on the water - either with your own vessels or with help from one of our watersport providers - and experience the extraordinary in Maple Ridge & Pitt Meadows!
